Tilia

Tilia Europea:  contains a volatile oil containing farnesol and several flavinoids.  It is a relaxing remedy for nervous tension.  It has also been used against the developement of arteriosclerosis and nervous tension.  Its relasing action and effect on the circulatory system give it a role in treatment of some migraines.  Sold in a 3.5" square x 2" H decorative tin.

Steep several leaves in boiled water for five to ten minutes. leavess may be steeped several times.
