Romarin

Romarin (Rosemary):  has a long history of medicinal use including treatment of upset stomach, digestive disorders and headaches.  Recent research suggests it has ability to help prevent cancer and help age related skin damage.  It boosts the function of the liver and acts as a mild diuretic to reduce swelling.  Contains two potent antioxidants: caffeic acid and rosemarinic acid which may also help with asthma and heart disease.  Sold in a 3.5" square x 2" H decorative tin.

Steep one teaspoon in boiled water for five to ten minutes. Herb may be steeped several times.
